Central Library

There is a Central Library for the staff and students of the Institute. The library is equipped with the latest books on psychiatry, neurology, clinical psychology, psychiatric social work, psychiatric nursing, medicine and other related subjects. More than ten thousand books are available in the library. The library is subscribing 58 foreign journals and 7 Indian Journals.
The computerization of Central Library has started. In this regard nine PCs have been installed. A new phone connection for Internet facility has already been taken for Central Library. Library Automation and Networking software “e-Granthalaya” developed by NIC, New Delhi has been installed with the help of NIC, Ranchi. All the books entered in computer.

WEB-OPEC

WEB-OPEC has been installed in Central Library. Through WEB-OPEC one can view every thing entered in e-granthalaya i.e. status of the books  and journals through local area network.
